A2: If you want to do OEM, we require 2000 pcs/per size  for Brass Padlock and 6000 pcs/per size for 59series and IRON PADLOCK, 1500 pcs/per size for Stainless Steel Padlock, if you can not get the MOQ for the first time, we suggest you take our brand. If you want to buy our brand, the MOQ is 00 for total value.

Q3: What is the payment terms acceptable ?

A3: Normally T/T is appreciated. L/C at sight for old customers only. T/T: 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Q4: Is free sample available?

A4: We can offer 3pcs samples for free but the express freight collection.

Q5: Is master key available?

A5: Yes. 3pcs per set, 4pcs per set and 5pcs per set are very famous. And we can make 100pcs per set and 1000pcs per set. Depends on your requirement.

Q7: When will my order be delivered?

A7: You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For OEM order, usually deliver within 60-70 days for the frist order, and the second order will be 30-45 days.
